Warrego Riding School
At Warrego Park, our riding school is all about building confident riders from the ground up. We offer tailored beginner lessons for those just starting their equestrian journey, as well as intermediate and jumping lessons for riders ready to take their skills to the next level, as well as Grand Prix and higher level lessons.

Our experienced instructors create a supportive, fun, and safe environment where riders of all ages can grow at their own pace. Whether it’s learning the basics or perfecting your jump technique, we love seeing our students gain confidence, reach their goals, and develop a genuine connection with their horse.

Beginner Lessons
Our beginner lessons are the perfect way to build a strong foundation in horse riding, whether you're completely new or returning after time away. We pride ourselves on offering a calm, encouraging environment where students can learn at their own pace with confidence and support.

You'll start off learning the basics like steering, stopping, and balance in our safe, enclosed round yard. As your confidence grows, we move into the arena to begin trotting, cantering, and even introductory jumping exercises.

We currently have three kind, reliable school horses - Powerup, Sammy, and Ella - each carefully chosen for their gentle nature and suitability for beginner riders. They're patient, well-educated, and help make every ride a fun and rewarding experience.

Intermediate Lessons
Our intermediate lessons at Warrego Park are designed to help riders take the next step in their equestrian journey, developing skill, confidence, and a deeper partnership with their horse.

Whether you're working toward consistent canter work, refining your position, or starting to jump with more control and accuracy, we tailor each lesson to suit your goals. We focus on building rider confidence through clear instruction, positive reinforcement, and a supportive environment.

With access to our large sand arena, and experienced instructor Robert, riders can safely progress at their own pace, learning everything from flatwork fundamentals to jumping combinations and basic course riding.
